by 11 December 31, 2013Ingredients Pear Honey Gorgonzola Crostini French Bread Gorgonzola 1/3 cup of Honey 1/2 cup of Olive Oil 1 tsp of Salt Slices of Pears (2 pairs) Directions Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees. Then cut your french bread in half to make the crostini. Combine the olive oil, honey and salt into one bowl. Mix together until combine. Coat the french bread with your delicious olive oil honey mixture. After the bread is covered, cook until browned. Take the bread out and sprinkle the gorgonzola over the bread. Put the bread back in the oven until the cheese is melted. Once you take the bread out of the oven, spread the cheese and then cover with pear slices. Serve the crostini with the cocktail and together they will bring out some delightful flavors. Lemon Raspberry Prosecco with Raspberry Brie Lemon Raspberry Prosecco Ingredients 1/2 glass of Prosecco 1/2 glass of Cranberry Raspberry Juice 1 tsp of lemon juice Garnish with raspberry and lemon Directions Mix the prosecco and juice, then squeeze part of the lemon into the glass. Garnish with raspberry and lemon. Raspberry Brie Ingredients Wheel of Brie Raspberry Preserves Crackers Directions This is the easy appetizer luvvs! Warm up the brie for about 15-20 minutes and 350 degrees. Take it out of the oven and cover with raspberry preserves. Serve with crackers. Raspberry and brie should bring out the flavors of your prosecco quite nicely. These dishes are created with pairs in mind, so as long as you keep the ingredients paired up, you can get as inventive as you desire. These are flavors counterparts: Pear with champagne, gorgonzola with champagne, pear and gorgonzola. Raspberry and prosecco, brie and prosecco, raspberry and brie.
