Your style is...

by 1 April 03, 2013

There are all sorts of terminologies out there to describe one’s style. I typically don’t worry with this, “defining your style.”  I try to dress how I am feeling that day. Sometimes you could say I have a classic look. Other days I might be trendy, or dressing with edge, or comfy, or vintage, blah, blah, blah. I believe that all of this is irrelevant. Don't worry so much! Fashion should be fun, it is a form of self expression. I say start with one piece you know you really like:  it fits great, it makes you feel smart, and then build around it.

Blazer: Savior Faire, Dress: Ruche, Shoes: BC (Maude)

This particular day was gorgeous. Finally! And so I wanted to wear floral. This may be a not so normal attitude, but while I'm not sure I should be wearing floral on floral, I really don't care. I just know that I really like both the dress and the blazer and for some reason I thought combining them works here. I basically decided to go for it, and I am happy I did! I like taking style risks and seeing how it turns out. Plus, you can't deny that I am ready for spring! Have you taken any style risks lately? Do you need to be having more fun with your style??
